Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16
  • worker's permit required if under 18
  • TB clearance within 12 months prior to start date or new test if last test was before 16th birthday
  • 0-1 years of food service or retail experience
  • ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
  • mobility in cold refrigerated and freezer conditions
  • basic math and computer skills
  • ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • cash handling and customer service preferred
  • current or obtainable food handler certification within 30 days
  • ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 with worker's permit if under 18
  • TB clearance within 12 months prior to start date
  • 0-1 years of experience in food service or equivalent retail experience
  • ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift
  • ability to work in refrigerated environments from 40 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
  • basic math and computer skills including Microsoft and POS
  • ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • preferred cash handling and customer service skills
  • current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions in English
  • high school diploma or commensurable experience preferred
  • working experience with computers, smart phones, iPads, and POS systems preferred
  • knowledge of food industry or retail operations and nutrition terminology a plus
