- must be 18 with daytime availability
- eligibility to work in Boca Raton, FL
- ability to follow food safety standards
- capable of handling cash and credit transactions
- able to stand for extended periods
- must be punctual and reliable
- able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or food service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- providing exceptional customer service to our guest to assist their needs
- maintain a sparkling clean store
- providing fresh, great quality product to our customers
- learn the different store positions to be more efficient, such as rolling and twisting pretzels, monitor baking times, prepare product properly for display, bag orders, prepare drinks, rotating inventory and stocking the store as necessary
- being responsible for your cash drawer and handling cash/credit transactions
- open/close the store in accordance to company guidelines
- follow company guidelines during store operational hours
- communicate as a team with fellow co-workers
- assist in training new employees
- run nightly reports and record all paperwork properly
- follow all food safety regulations
- perform all duties in a safe manner and comply with all federal and state regulations
