Job Requirements
- Must provide proof of legal status to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide cheerful and helpful service while preparing subs, salads, protein bowls, wraps and more
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to guests
- Provide food that meets Subway’s specifications and high-quality standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly to resolve problems
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Prepare and bake bread and cookies (age restrictions apply)
- Use Point of Sale system to record orders and handle payments accurately
- Perform cash-in and cash-out procedures during shifts
- Conduct food temperature logs to ensure food safety
- Restock and check products continuously during shifts
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment including mopping, sweeping and equipment cleaning
- Unload delivery supplies and store properly
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Complete University of Subway courses and practice inventory control
- Inspect equipment and storage facilities for proper operation
- Follow directives from management and operations team
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned
