Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- willing to work 30-40 hours per week including overtime, holidays, and weekends
- able to pass sandwich skill tests within the first two weeks
- physical stamina to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- ability to work in a moderate noise environment
- willingness to comply with all systems and procedures
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- take orders and operate the cash register
- collect payments from customers
- make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- pass sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks and ongoing
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- perform other related duties as required
