Job Requirements

  • Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs for gym tours
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and perform repetitive arm movements
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Basic computer operations skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Job Duties

  • Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
  • Provide membership information and facilitate tours
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
  • Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
  • Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
  • Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System
  • Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
  • Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
