Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 16 or 18 depending on location
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow hygiene standards
  • Must comply with franchisee policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept coaching
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru
  • Take and ring up orders accurately
  • Handle payment transactions
  • Prepare and store food ingredients
  • Assemble food and beverage orders
  • Check orders for accuracy
  • Package products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment
