Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fast-food items
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor food wait times and discard expired items
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and order
- wash kitchen equipment by hand
- clean walls, tables, seating, floors, restrooms, and parking lot
- dismantle and sanitize kitchen equipment during closing shift
