Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food at one or more stations
- Handle customer requests such as cashier duties or taking orders
- Monitor wait times for cooked and prepared foods to ensure safety and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Wash trays, pans, racks, and kitchen equipment by hand
- Clean walls, tables, seating, restrooms, and floors
- Perform closing duties including dismantling kitchen equipment, cleaning hood filters, filtering or disposing of hot oil, and degreasing floors
