Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus
  • Ability to follow food safety guidelines strictly
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle cleaning and kitchen duties
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food at one or more stations
  • Handle customer requests such as cashier duties or taking orders
  • Monitor wait times for cooked and prepared foods to ensure safety and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
  • Wash trays, pans, racks, and kitchen equipment by hand
  • Clean walls, tables, seating, restrooms, and floors
  • Perform closing duties including dismantling kitchen equipment, cleaning hood filters, filtering or disposing of hot oil, and degreasing floors
