Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Must be able to work variable hours including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to identify and evaluate problems and reach conclusions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting
- Completion of legal alcohol sales training and Regal online training where applicable
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including cash handling accuracy
- Up selling premium viewing experiences and programs
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Responding to guest inquiries consistently with service philosophy
- Complying with food safety and alcohol service laws and training
- Enforcing MPAA rating system and company policies
- Managing crowd control and auditorium cleanliness including cleaning duties
