- must have reliable transportation to work
- must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts

Job Duties
- Work assigned stations accurately, productively, and neatly
- consistently provide fast, fun, and friendly B.L.A.Z.E service including big friendly smiles and lively fun interactions
- always say "yes" to accommodate guest requests
- maintain fast-paced work flow (Zoom speed)
- exceed guest expectations by impressing guests
- follow the Blaze Training Program to learn new skills and responsibilities
- communicate with supervisors when additional training is needed
- understand job responsibilities impact on guests, employees, and restaurant operations
- consistently meet performance expectations
- contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
- follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
- use all products, supplies, and equipment properly to maintain cost control
- support management goals and directives
