- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- willing to stand for several hours at a time
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- able to perform manual tasks requiring dexterity
- ability to communicate clearly and read
- willing to perform frequent physical movements such as bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching

- answer customer questions and resolve occasional issues
