Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Operate laundry equipment and ensure timely processing of linens and uniforms
- Provide exceptional front desk services including guest check-in and check-out
- Conduct night auditing tasks such as balancing accounts and preparing daily reports
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facility safety and functionality
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately adhering to recipes and standards
- Support bartenders by replenishing supplies and maintaining bar cleanliness
- Cook and prepare menu items with attention to quality and presentation
- Deliver food orders promptly to guests while ensuring customer satisfaction
