Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ability to read, write, and count accurately
- ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to operate store equipment such as forklift and baler if over 18
- ability to complete all required training and certifications
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- ability to handle and care for birds
- ability to maintain attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- retail experience preferred
- knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine care, or welding preferred
- ability to read, write, and count accurately

- ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- work scheduled shifts including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime
- deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask to add value and appreciate the customer)
- operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures
- recover merchandise and participate in freight process
- complete plan-o-gram merchandising, sets, and resets
- assemble merchandise
- perform janitorial duties
- execute price changes and markdowns
- operate forklift and cardboard baler if 18 or older
- assist customers with loading purchases
- ensure customer safety and Legendary shopping experience
- care for birds and maintain poultry tanks
- complete documentation related to duties
- perform other duties as assigned
