Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Standing, walking and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Basic math ability

Job Duties
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Answer the phone with a professional greeting
- Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customers
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Accurately and efficiently ring on POS and maintain all cash at the POS
- Maintain orderly appearance of POS area and supplies stocked
- Ensure that merchandise displays in the front-end area are clean, organized and well-stocked
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management
- Solicit customers to sign up for an Ace Rewards Card
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
- Call for back up cashier when 3 or more customers are in line
- Participate in all store training programs
