Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to perform basic math and count cash
- capable of reading and understanding instructions
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- able to stand for 4 or more hours
- able to scoop hard ice cream repeatedly
- flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work varied shifts

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- scoop and serve ice cream following Graeter's quality standards
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail store
- stock and replenish supplies as needed
- assist in opening and closing store procedures
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operation
