Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- no prior experience necessary as training will be provided
- ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions
- capacity to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- must be flexible with scheduling including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas
- ability to scoop hard ice cream on a repetitive basis
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to work as part of a team and independently
- passion for delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- scoop and serve ice cream according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- support team members and contribute to a positive team environment
- stock supplies and assist with inventory management
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
