Job Duties
- prepare, cook, and mix fresh ingredients into guest menu options
- maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
- ensure a good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety, and cleanliness
- familiarize with general kitchen equipment and appliances
- comply with all food safety regulations
- assist with inventory management
- support the team in daily kitchen operations
