Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English literacy skills
- Ability to stand stationary for 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and move racks weighing up to 150 pounds
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Pass a 7-year background check
- Have an upbeat attitude with attention to detail and speed

- Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and basic apps
- Ability to perform quality inspections and detail-oriented tasks
- Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Job Duties
- Open and unpack bags of gently used clothing from customers
- Conduct quality checks on each garment
- Use a USB scanner and iPad app with step-by-step prompts
- Record details such as brand, size, gender, category, and condition
- Photograph tags to capture product information
