Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Manual dexterity including grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place/remove signs
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly assistance
- Run the register and handle cashier duties
- Make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
- Support the store’s food program as needed
- Maintain store appearance by working in various areas inside and outside the store
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store goals
