Job Duties
- Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction
- Escalate any concerns or recommendations to the general manager
- Identify and respond to guests’ needs
- Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions
- Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize guest and employee satisfaction
- Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and guests
