Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday and thursday
- ability to work at least two shifts between friday and sunday
- physically capable of performing duties that may require standing and moving for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- reliable and punctual
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- monitor courts to ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- greet and assist guests at the front desk
- facilitate and host birthday parties and group events
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- support café operations including food preparation and customer service
- assist with general park maintenance and guest inquiries
