Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
- occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force
- bend at the waist with twisting motions for up to one hour per shift
- grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye-hand coordination
- willingness to work days, evenings, and overnight shifts
- part-time availability
- compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- experience as a sales associate or cashier desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- motivation to advance in career
- willingness to learn and engage in team activities
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- run the register and perform cashier duties
- make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
- assist with the store's food program as needed
- maintain high standards of store appearance inside and out
- provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily tasks and goals
