Job Duties
- Ensure 100% satisfaction for all Long John Silver guests
- Greet and positively engage guests
- Accurately accept guests' orders and process payment
- Prepare orders exactly as requested with high quality and speed
- Solve customer concerns immediately and ensure they leave satisfied
- Keep service area stocked and dining room clean
- Arrive on shift with a positive attitude and contribute to team success
- Treat all guests and team members with respect
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of food products
- Follow preparation procedures and cooking methods consistently
- Provide bell-ringing quality service and taste experience
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable work area
- Execute clean as you go mentality for interior and exterior
- Encourage guests to return
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
