Job Duties
- Beverage preparation
- greet customers and provide outstanding customer services
- craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- ensure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- receive and process payments via credit card
- store cleanliness and maintenance
- clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift
- sweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guest
- ensure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areas
- follow health and safety guidelines for food handling
- serve and prepare food, avocado toast, pastries and muffins
- prepare avocado toast and other light food items following company recipes
- ensure food quality and freshness while maintaining cleanliness standards
- assist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygiene
- restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- support other team members to ensure smooth store operations
- deliver food and drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accurately
- assist with restocking supplies (cups, lids, milk, pastries, condiments, etc.)
- keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized
- clear and wipe down tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and reset dining areas
- support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours
- help manage to-go and delivery orders as needed
