Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
physical ability to perform tasks including reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during shifts
willingness to work flexible hours
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash and follow policies
ability to take direction and work well in a team
resilience under pressure

Job Qualifications

Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
must be at least 16 years of age
restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties

Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
practice active listening and connection
anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
float between barista and guest service, willingly fulfilling all team member roles and responsibilities
take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
understand that the team manages multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
bring the core values to life: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
bring joy to interactions and make fun happen
relish the opportunity to be helpful to others both team members and guests
