Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- operate cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders following safety and sanitation standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- work fryer and griddle equipment safely
- promote White Castle brand initiatives and enhance brand loyalty
- collaborate effectively with team members
