Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
Execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment
Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
Unload, process, and stock freight following store merchandising guidelines
Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
Complete daily and weekly workload and tasks efficiently
Participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention
Perform additional duties as required based on business needs
