Job Requirements

Completion of cast certification program
Progress towards box office cashier certification required
Completion of required alcohol training and certification if assigned alcohol duties
Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear frequently
Occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
Close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Adherence to company dress code
Regular and consistent attendance
Compliance with food safety and alcohol laws
Ability to handle emergency situations
Ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program
Progress towards box office cashier certification
Completion of alcohol service and responsible beverage server training if assigned alcohol duties
Good public speaking and listening skills
Ability to respond clearly and directly
Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
Ability to identify and resolve problems using critical reasoning
Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management
Ability to establish goals, manage time, and prioritize tasks

Job Duties

Regular and consistent attendance
Handling of emergency situations when called upon
General cleaning duties
Compliance with company dress code
Operating POS system and managing cash drawer in box office and concession areas
Up selling and suggestive selling of products and premium experiences
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system
Responding to guest inquiries
Operating and cleaning concession equipment
Complying with food safety and alcohol service laws
Tearing tickets and directing patrons
Inspecting backpacks and packages
Managing crowd control and seating assistance
Conducting auditorium inspections for quality and safety
Reporting problems and discrepancies to management
Performing in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
Cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and hallways
Monitoring vending machine operation and cleanliness
Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
