Job Requirements

- Ability to use headset for taking customer orders and communication
- Ability to operate general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill

- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- Ability to react positively to change and handle additional tasks assigned
- Completion of training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-food environment beneficial
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate drive-thru headset and manage order flow
- Greet customers and handle cash register transactions
- Prepare menu items according to quality and hygiene standards
- Load stock and maintain inventory levels
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and inviting
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
