- must be at least 16 years of age
- preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practices active listening and connection
- anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- floats between barista and guest service roles and fulfills all team member responsibilities
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards in the store
- actively thinks and acts on future needs of team and guests
- differentiates between problems to solve independently and when to seek leader support
- follows direction from leaders and understands multiple priorities
- embodies Core Values by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
- brings joy to interactions and makes fun happen
- assists both team members and guests with a helpful attitude
