Job Description
This job opening is for a Crew Person position at a fast-paced restaurant that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The restaurant is committed to providing a positive environment for both guests and employees through excellent service and adherence to established procedures. Job Requirements
- Enrollment in high school
- must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat
- able to lift 50 - 75 lbs comfortably
- ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
- demonstrates effective communication skills
- works well in a fast-paced environment
- adheres to food safety and sanitation standards
- capable of handling physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- takes the appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the station area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures that all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures
- follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
- demonstrates oral communication skills
- communicates effectively with various contacts
- performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
