Job Description

This job opening is for a Crew Person position at a fast-paced restaurant that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Job Requirements

Enrollment in high school
must be a minimum of 16 years of age
must have reliable transportation to work
must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to bend and stoop
ability to work around heat
able to lift 50 - 75 lbs comfortably
ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

Enrollment in high school
high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
must be a minimum of 16 years of age
must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts
demonstrates effective communication skills
works well in a fast-paced environment
adheres to food safety and sanitation standards
capable of handling physical demands of the role

Job Duties

Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
takes the appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
cleans and stocks the station area(s)
performs other cleaning duties as assigned
ensures that all guests receive hot, quality products
prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
handles all food products according to company procedures
follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
demonstrates oral communication skills
communicates effectively with various contacts
performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
