Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS)
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain and maintain per state mandates
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and uniform standards
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
- Positive and friendly attitude toward all guests
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Duties

- Deliver properly prepared orders to guests
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready for service
- Craft menu items according to McAlister's recipes and standards
