Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
Effective communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age
Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
Practice active listening and connection
Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
Float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
Take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following all cash handling policies and procedures
Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
Actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
Understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
