Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures

- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- Understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
