Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- leadership experience for management roles
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- keep the store stocked, clean, and organized
- operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- prepare and serve food items including pizza, donuts, and other menu offerings
- assist with kitchen operations including cooking, baking, and food safety
- collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment
- assist with scheduling, training, and mentoring new employees
