Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment

- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications

- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare food orders following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Work fryer and griddle safely and efficiently
- Promote brand loyalty and White Castle initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
