Job Requirements

Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with commitment to team success
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
