Job Requirements
- reliable transportation
- ability to work at least one shift Monday to Thursday
- ability to work two shifts Friday to Sunday
- high energy and enthusiasm
- physical ability to perform active job duties
- age minimum as required by law
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- monitor courts to ensure safety and proper use
- manage front desk operations including guest check-in and inquiries
- host and coordinate parties ensuring guest satisfaction
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- assist with customer service and resolve any issues promptly
