Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work variable hours including nights and weekends
Legal age to serve or sell alcohol if assigned those duties
Completion of any legally required state or local alcohol training and certification
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 60 pounds and perform manual tasks
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance
Availability to comply with dress code
Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Completion of cast member certification program
Good math and reasoning skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and manage emergencies

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily
Good public speaking and listening skills
Ability to calculate with speed and accuracy
Problem-solving skills with ability to gather and evaluate information
Excellent communication with customers, coworkers and management
Ability to set goals, budget time and prioritize
Completion of responsible beverage server training if applicable
Ability to read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies
