Job Requirements

  • Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends

  • preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal relationships with guests
  • practice active listening and connection
  • anticipate guest needs and solve guest opportunities with product knowledge and hospitality
  • hand-craft beverages to Caribou standards
  • prepare and serve food offerings per Caribou procedures
  • fulfill all team member roles including barista and guest service
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • think ahead to team and guest needs
  • differentiate between solvable problems and when to ask for leader support
  • take direction from leaders and support multiple priorities
  • embody core values by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
  • bring joy and fun to interactions
  • assist team members and guests with a helpful attitude
  • maintain a learner's mentality
