Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- availability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- good hearing, seeing, and speaking abilities
- capability to work for 4 to 8 hours with intermittent movement
- commitment to uphold company standards and values
- willingness to support team members and engage with guests
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- minimum age of 16 years
- preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing ongoing personal relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and solve opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard
- float between barista and guest service roles
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following cash handling policies
- maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- anticipate team and guest needs proactively
- discern when to request leader support for problem resolution
- take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- embody core values of support, fun, authenticity, ownership, and service with love
- bring joy to interactions and make fun happen
- be helpful to team members and guests
- maintain a learner's mentality and strive to improve
- show readiness to serve and make a positive impact
