Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- must be able to work at least one shift between Monday and Thursday
- must be able to work two shifts between Friday and Sunday
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- physically able to meet the demands of the role
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- monitor court activities to ensure safety and rule compliance
- manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and inquiries
- host parties by coordinating event activities and ensuring guest satisfaction
- operate café by preparing and serving food and beverages
- handle cash and process transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- assist team members to deliver a seamless park experience
