Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday
- Ability to work two shifts Friday through Sunday
- High energy level
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and able to perform physical activities required by the job
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Duties
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and adherence to park rules
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and guest inquiries
- Host parties by coordinating activities and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Assist café customers with orders and provide friendly service
- Support team members in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
