Job Requirements
- Able to work as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience
- Outgoing and personable, enjoys interacting with customers
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for high-quality food and beverage
- Punctual, dependable and reliable, with some weekend availability required
- Able to successfully complete Foxtrot's Barista Certification and other required certifications
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of boxes up and down stairs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to complete Foxtrot's Barista Certification and other required certifications
- Passion for high-quality food and beverage
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction for both in-store and delivery customers
- Act as ambassador for the Foxtrot brand and assist customers as they explore the store, sharing knowledge of products and makers
- Assist fellow team members during shifts as needed
- Check in product deliveries and maintain full stock levels on the retail floor
- Clean, maintain and organize work areas
- Maintain excellence in cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Maintain coffee knowledge and articulate current Foxtrot Market offerings to customers
- Operate cash registers to scan merchandise and process sales transactions as needed
- Assist in other areas of the store based on business needs
