Job Requirements
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday and thursday and two shifts between friday and sunday
- meet physical demands of the role
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to comply with park policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work weekend and evening shifts
Job Duties
- monitor designated courts to ensure safety and proper use
- greet and assist guests at the front desk with check-in and inquiries
- host parties and coordinate event activities
- operate café equipment and serve food and beverages
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- assist with daily park operations and customer service
