Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced work
- Flexible availability including early mornings or overnight shifts is beneficial
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile take orders accurately and ensure a delightful experience
- Brew coffee prepare sandwiches and package delicious donuts and serve them promptly
- Keep the store tidy including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide fast and friendly drive-thru service when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
