Job Duties

Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills
Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them
Listen to customer needs
ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
Work well with other team members and restaurant manager
take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player
Other responsibilities may include server, cashier, food service/prep, kitchen cook
