Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Possession of good public speaking skills
- Ability to perform accurate calculations
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate relevant data
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, and climbing
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Possession of required alcohol certification and training when applicable
- Ability to comply with company dress code
- Reliable and consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system accurately and responsibly
- Upselling and suggestive selling of premium experiences
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets sold comply with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest inquiries professionally
- Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- Managing concession stock inventory
- Complying with food safety laws
- Abiding by laws regarding breaks and meals
- Maintaining alcohol certification and training
- Selling or serving alcohol legally if applicable
- Conducting auditorium inspections
- Managing crowd control and assisting with seating
- Monitoring vending equipment cleanliness and operation
- Reporting issues to management
- Assisting with opening and closing theatre duties
