Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using proper equipment or assistance
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service in dining and drive-thru areas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory stock and organization
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle cash and point of sale transactions accurately
