Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- availability to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday and two shifts Friday through Sunday
- ability to perform physical activities commensurate with role demands
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- minimum age requirement as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform active tasks required by the role
Job Duties
- Monitoring courts and play areas to ensure guest safety
- assisting guests at the front desk with check-ins, payments, and inquiries
- hosting parties and events to create an engaging experience for guests
- operating the café by preparing and serving food and beverages
- handling cash transactions accurately
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- supporting team members to meet operational goals
