Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift between Monday and Thursday
- Ability to work at least two shifts between Friday and Sunday
- Physical capability to perform duties involving standing and moving for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
Job Duties
- Monitor courts and recreational areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with park rules
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in at the front desk
- Host birthday parties and special events to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
- Operate the café
- by preparing and serving food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Collaborate with team members to support daily park operations
